Pahcha for Passover

Does anyone have a recipe for this Passover dish? All I know is that (in part) it's made by boiling up beef bones and a ton of garlic for hours then it is cooled and cubed. It ends up sort of like fatty beef garlic jello. I would welcome the real recipe if it is out there someplace.
