Best paella pan? Tips on making it?

I've been craving paella for a couple months now but haven't had the guts or tools to attempt it.

I recently got a GC for my birthday to Sur La Table (yay!) but missed their class on it. Wondering if anyone had a recommendation/advice on which paella pan is the best, and why (doesn't have to just be from SLT)?

Also, anything I should be careful of to ensure it comes out right?
