Looking for the best paella in downtown Seattle

I am bringing my boss with me to the Penny Arcade conference in 2 weeks and we're staying at the Grand Hyatt downtown. He told me to find the best paella in Seattle and I'm looking for suggestions.

The meal is meant to be relaxed business casual, so a bunch of drinks, good paella and a room not put off by a bunch of nerds laughing and telling stoties. Price is not a worry. We would prefer to walk (and have walked down to Pike's Market, so that is our radius more or less).

I've seen good things about Andaluca, Bilbao, Tango and La Teberna Del Alabardero for spanish style foods. We do not mind sharing a few paellas between those at the table and tapas or other menu items are a plus. Can anyone recommend their favorite?
