Hi! I'm looking to add a pot or two to my kitchen. I'm using induction and want something in SS with a disc that I can keep for many years. A saucepan or something like that, 2-3 qt. I'm prepared to spend a few bucks on it for something good.
I've done some searching and come across Fissler, Demeyere, Paderno among others. I wanted to look closer at Paderno since I can source them locally and it would be nice to look, touch and lift a pot before buying.
From searching I've also found different thoughts on Paderno SS. Some say they are dishwasher safe, some say they are not. Can someone help clarify?
I'm not completely against something I can't put in a dishwasher, but it is very convenient. I throw the rest of my pots in there, so having one I wash manually isn't a big deal, but I have a feeling my GF will put it in there.
Any other brands I should look at?
Edit: From Norway by the way, so preferably something on the European market.
