Hadn't had a chance to post, but I went to Pacific at the Pan Pacific for DAT dinner last week.
The choices were:
Soup or Salad
Salmon or Duck Breast
Most of my table opted for the salad which was nice but nothing spectacular. There was some arugula, pine nuts, and Roquefort cheese.
All of us chose the duck since we were drinking Cabernet Sauvignon. It was quite tasty and it was accompanied with baby bok choy and polenta.
The creme brulee was good and it was a large portion.
Overall, I'd recommend the place since it was easy to get reservations and they validate (free!) for valet parking. Service was also very attentive.
