Pace, F. Illi Point or Fiama without Wine?

Please help me pick a special Tribeca/Soho Italian restaurant where I won’t be heartbroken not to be able to drink and the staff won’t punish us for it either.
Thursday is our anniversary and we are (belatedly) trying to make a plan for an excellent, but low-key Italian dinner downtown.

Since the forecast is for lovely weather, our plan was to meet at Rise at the Ritz-Carlton and then walk up the River to dinner. I am on a 9-mos alcohol hiatus, and out of consideration my husband is mostly abstaining too, so we want to pick a restaurant where the wait staff won’t ostracize us for not drinking (normally we’re BIG wine drinkers, and I’m counting the days until I can consume (and eat sushi) again).

I was thinking either Pace, F. Illi Point or Fiama, none of which we’ve ever been to, but are completely open to other suggestions.

Somewhat romantic would be preferred, but a really nice evening out is really the goal. Not necessarily hung-up on Italian (I just seem to be craving lots of carbs in the form of noodles of any nationality) and would be open to other ideas.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts about any of these three places or others, and how our failure to drink will be received.
