That fine food quarterly Art of Eating had a feature in its latest issue (#71) on the return of the Olympia oyster. Today's NY Times (4/26/06) has an R.W. Apple piece which covers even more oysters. Will be in Seattle soon for a brief visit and this reading has me craving the freshest and tastiest raw oysters in Seattle. Where do the C'hounds go to slurp bivalves? Especially interested in Olys, but happily will eat Virginicas as well.
