Help needed! Have searched this site and have gone through the suspect magazines (Cook.Illus & Fine Cook.) but must have "loaned" out the issue in question re. oven roasting/bbq-ing spareribs. First wrap seasoned ribs tightly in foil, bake in loooow oven for an hour or two, then apply sauce, and the last step was to wrap the whole and place in a brown paper bag for an hour. It sounds crazy, but I tried it once and the ribs were really tender and tasty. Question is, what/where is the recipe?? Thanks and a happy 4th to all!
