If you have not eaten at Rio Mar Restaurant in New Orleans, you are missing the best Mediterranean Seafood. During my last visit to New Orleans a friend suggested we go there. Chef Adolfo Garcia's culinary secrets were out of this world. We had ceviches as appetizers, he serves Caribbean lobsters, a variety of fish and the guava cheesecake, tres leches, flan desserts were unique. The service is wonderful. Do not miss this cozy and delicious place and make sure you make reservations.
