Hi! I'll be visiting NOLA at the end on March. Have most of my meals planned, but need help with a couple. Would like to go to Coop's Place on Saturday, March 28th. Since they don't take reservations, (and I'd like to have some flexibility anyway) will it be most likely be mobbed and have a long wait? Would an early arrival (6:00? 6:30?) help? I don't really want to have to wait an hour or more to be seated. Any other suggestions for some place casual and moderately priced in that general area?

Also thinking of going to Cochon Butcher on Monday night, the 30th. Same questions for that...will the wait be long? Any alternatives?

Thanks so much!
