New Orleans Cooking School

Anyone have any input on the classes offered by the New Orleans cooking school. I was looking to take the 2 hour class on the Saturday we are there. It is three dishes: Crab and Corn Bisque, Shrimp Creole, and Prailines. I am looking for any input on this. Thanks!
