Thought I'd add my 2 cents on some of our restaurant choices. Our best meal by far was at Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's an all-you-can-eat, but not a typical buffet. They feature African-styled cuisine, and everything we tried was great. For the fearsome, they also have prime rib and a "kiddie" bar of chicken fingers, mac and cheese, and fries. Another great spot was the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We headed there after a LONG day at the Magic Kingdom and got there just in time for the fireworks (about 7ish). You can watch the show from their 15th floor balconies---it was great. Food was amazing and the service was great.
