Looking for liver from elk. I've tried beef and bison and they are no match for the wonderful taste of elk. I eat it raw for maximum B12 content.
I used to be able to buy it at Vitahealth on Osborne in Winnipeg but now they don't have any and I haven't been able to source any anywhere else. Even grass fed elk liver might be great.
Actually I'd like to try liver from any animal besides beef and bison to see how it tastes.
Any hunters out there that don't like liver and usually throw it out? :)
