I'm well aware that this isn't quite refined Chinese food, but am jonesing for it, and neither Chef CHang's in Brookline nor Mary Leung's in Cambridge has it, so I'm stuck. Here are the criteria: crisp, batter-covered chunks of chicken; pieces of dried orange peel; sweet and salty sticky sauce. These days the chicken's stir-fried in a too-healthy way! Can anyone out there satisfy this craving? I thank you in advance.
