I've been seeing boxes of this (very pricey) sugar substitute on the shelves of my local supermarkets, nestled next to the aspartame and saccharin. Sounds intriguing, but have any of you Chowhounders had extensive experience actually using the stuff? And not just stirred into your morning coffee, but actually baking, etc. with it? I tried a search, but only came up with one offhand reference to it on these pages.
