Opentable errors

First, my "Total Dining Points" is frozen.
I keep adding points, the total displayed on screen (which is the one used to redeem points) hasn't moved for weeks.
And today, I tried to email them from within their customer support site ( ) and email submission fails, returns the message "The email address you provided is already in the database"
Anybody else with similar problems?
