Has this happened to anyone? I waited up until the stroke of midnight last night in order to snag a Friday reservation at a very hot restaurant in Manhattan only to have the message "this restaurant is offline" appear after entering in my credit card number (requested by the restaurant) and hitting enter. Of course when I went back to to see what times were left there were none. If this has happened to you, what have you done? I'm going to call the restaurant just in case the reservation went through on their end but I highly doubt it. Of course I don't expect them to honor the reservation just by my telling them I made one because they have no way of knowing I really attempted to make it. Very frustrating.
