Oops, quadrupled the amount of wine, what to do?

Making soup and noticed it smelled pretty wine-y so doubled checked my recipe and I added a cup instead of 1/4 cup of white wine. Does wine have an antithesis that I can add? Like adding vinegar to overly sweet things, etc. I actually do this a lot, my tomato sauces are notoriously wine laden, so I'm asking as a rule of thumb, not just for this batch of soup.
