New: Coconut cashews.
If you like coconut at all, these are soooo good that many I have talked to have a hard time putting them down before the entire package is devoured. (I was very strict with myself, though)
A very good alternative for eating delicious cookies.
The cashews are very tender - more so than a regular nut. They have a dry - kind of powdery - coating of lightly toasted coconut, sugar, and salt.
The flavor and texture of them remined me of those white chocolate macadamia nut cookies I see - add a little flavor of coconut.
Entire 8 oz package is 7 servings.
1 serving = 130 cal., 9g fat, 10g carbs
I like these better than those cookies.
