I like to play with my food. I made a fish salad to be spread on bread to make a sandwich.
The ingredients included a small can of albacore tuna, a small can of pink wild salmon, a can of anchovies, a small onion diced, some mustard powder, a little cajun seasoning, one diced hard cooked egg and just enough mayonnaise to make the stuff spreadable. All the fish were drained of their respective liquids.
I never put these ingredients together before, but I will again. The ingredients have been on a shelf for a little while just waiting to be used. The spread tasted great on rye bread with caraway seeds.
