I am a winemaker on California's Central Coast. We are planning a market visit to Omaha NE, and hope to plan a dinner for our wine club members in the area.
Ideally, we would find a restaurant with top-notch attention to detail in food preparation, selection of ingredients, and service. We would like to work with the chef to craft a menu that pairs exceptionally well with our wines, (Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris,) and showcases the best local ingredients available.
We are shooting for a time in mid May, but are somewhat flexible. We anticipate at least 60 people in attendance. Ticket price is quite open; we realize that the reputation of the restaurant will figure largely into the price point of the dinner. $120 to $150 per couple it our likely target.
