Jim, the alpha hound, posted a query on the Mid-Atlantic board looking for great cajun food. This reminded me of an article in the W-B paper a few months back that praised the new chef at Olives Cafe. Supposedly from New Orleans, he comes complete with a secret gumbo recipe.
Anyone been there, if so how was the food? Is there much Louisiana chow on the menu?
I've been meaning to give it a try...
