i have, for quite some time now, been the most loyal fan of Oishii's in Chestnut Hill. in fact, i frequent the restaurant at LEAST once every two weeks, and have gotten quite acquainted with Ting and Jackie, as well as the other sushi chefs. but is it just me, or has the quality of the food been getting worse? the fish is still the freshest around, but the maki's have gotten smaller, and they seem to have a tendency to fall "apart" when i pick them up with chopsticks. also the sushi chef line up has changed. i don't see Chris anymore. does anyone know if he has moved onto another restaurant? and how does Oishii II compare? after numerous disappointing meals (i absolutely, did NOT believe that any meal at Oishii could be disappointing), i'm ready to make the trek down to Sudbury. worthy?? and also, what are your opinions on Oga's in Natick??
