So we tried Baby Blues for the first time tonight and I have to say it was pretty darn close to perfect. Not only was the staff super friendly, warm, and outgoing, but the restaurant's elements came together excellently. The Stones were playing as we walked in in the late afternoon, the candles were already lit and it was appropriately dim.
We ordered the pulled pork plate with creamed spinach and mac and cheese and a half rack of the memphis ribs. Oh my lord - everything rocked. The mac and cheese was creamy, a hint of blue and crunchy with breadcrumbs. Ribs were awesome - tender, spicy, and meaty. And the pulled pork was just as good. The staff was so accommodating and nice, the place was pretty packed and we can't wait to go back. And it seemed like everyone was loving it as much as we were..
Oh, and they had all of the sides. Yum.
