October 2021 COTM - Nomination thread

LulusMom | Sep 10, 202104:06 AM     54

It’s nomination time here at Cookbook of the Month (COTM)! For many of us the weather is starting to turn, and being in a warm, cozy kitchen may have more appeal than it has for the past few months. So what should we consider cooking from together in October?

For a record of what books have already been COTM, check out the impressive list here: https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...

•HOW TO NOMINATE: Please type the name of the book (or website) you are nominating in ALL CAPS for easy recognition. (If you’re discussing, rather than nominating, a title please use standard capitalization to avoid confusion.) You may nominate as many books as you like.
•PLEASE NOTE: We welcome participation and love to have new faces join us, but for fairness's sake, we don’t allow nominations or votes for authors or titles with which you have a personal connection or relationship.
•NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE on Friday, September 17 at 4 pm eastern time.
