Wouldn't it be nice if you could pick up courses of your meal from different restaurants and have a wonderfully ultimate meal in Orange County?

Like (possible route), crab and artichoke bisque at Newport Landing, then a crab cake from Bayside or Gulfstream, then you pick your wine, then a prime rib sandwich from R&D or the Atrium, then a sucre tart from Brussells Bistro or a bread pudding from Five Crowns > all still fresh and warm? Still dreamin' > enjoyed in a room at the Montage.

Another wish, get the recipe for the Oysters Rockefeller that was available at the place that was there before what is now Aubergine (wish I had known the chef - or even the name of the place - there). Those were the absolute best in the world, IMHO.

Maybe the new Svelte will allow in food deliveries?
