We've spoken of NY pizza, and NY bagels and NY lox and NY deli (my husband was once in a pastrami taste off 25 years ago promoted by a radio station and the sandwich that won was on white bread. With tomatoes. And mayo. Enough said).

does ANYWHERE make the knishes that I grew up on (and grew fat on) in New York that are flat, not puffy, square not round, with those sharp, crunchy ends?
