Well, after I downloaded my "fitday" software, the first recipe I calculated was the avocado soup
This is for half the recipe:
Fat: 15g (128 calories)
Sat. Fat: 2g
Carbs: 10g (6g fiber)
High in copper, Vitamins C & B-6, folate ....
May try to vary the avocado/cuke ratio to lower the fat a bit.
