This is in the 4 Points Sheratin (off S Willow). We had our xmas dinner here and it was beyond my expectations. We had been years ago and wouldn't return but recently heard about a new chef Jason, that was doing up some nice dishes. Wowsa, really really great food. We started with some great apps: chicken quesadillas (nicely done, not dried out, great flavors), nachos were great with cheese throughout (not just on top) and cheese sticks (I don't normally eat these but they were great) - presentation was awesome (I want square plates now). Hubby's steak tips were fantastic with a monterey seasoning, coooked perfectly pink (many can't get this). Mine was the best of course - perfectly moist salmon with hints of dill/lemon and a side of YES, PERFECT spinach (fresh fresh fresh, just wilted, hints of garlic) why can't chefs get this simple vegetable right??? Our Team mates loved their dishes of Chicken Finger platter, sirloin and the cajun haddock (which was perfect, talked about for days). Since we all were hungry and ate all the apps, we all took home leftovers for lunch the next day. Nothing like a great repeat!!!
I did forget to mention the fantastic pomagranite margarita to start the evening.
Jason came over for a nice chat. Sooo nice to hear that he did some training in one of my favorite places, New Orleans!!
Can't wait to join them for Mardi Gras - he's putting together a NOLA spread with crawfish and all. We're first in line!!!!

Can't wait to try them again, they have casual type dishes (burgers, chix fingers, some big salads) and nice dinners of pasta, filets, rib eye, chix cordon bleu, salmon, haddock, etc.
