Welcome to the voting thread for November’s Cookbook of the Month. The nomination thread has closed and we have narrowed it down to Japaneasy/Vegan Japaneasy or David Lebovitz’s blog: https://www.davidlebovitz.com/
Tim Anderson promises that his book Japaneasy will help you make authentic Japanese dishes easily, and that with his Vegan Japaneasy you can enjoy the same big, bold, salty-sweet-spicy-rich-umami flavors without meat or dairy.
David Lebovitz has worked at Chez Panisse and Zuni Café, and has blogged since before the word blog existed. His website recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, and Saveur named him Blogger of the Decade.
