My wife and I are traveling to Charlottetown next week, then driving from there and around Nova Scotia. We haven't had too much time to plan as yet, other than hire a car and book some places to stay.
We are driving from Charlottetown to Wolfville and staying in a B&B. Then driving in one day intervals to Digby, then onto Trout Point Lodge, and then to Halifax, staying 2 nights there.
We essentially travel to eat, and see a few sites in between! We want to eat local (we eat enough Italian, French etc in Toronto). What are your suggestions for lunch enroute and then a place to head for dinner in Wolfville, Digby, and Halifax?
We were thinking lobster lunch at Halls Harbour, scallops in Digby (I know, stereotypical probably, but we really do want to eat local and we love seafood!). Maybe a donair for lunch in Halifax?
Any other suggestions or any specific places while we drive around?
