Nostalgic for toasted ravioli

The fallen city of St. Louis may not have much to boast about, but it does claim this delicious food, which is actually not toasted at all but fried.

Has anyone spotted this in the city, any borough? Usually served with a chunky spaghetti sauce for dipping.
