Northern snakehead

I leave your nation's capital Monday for a couple of weeks in San Francisco and environs and I am eager to find some place, probably but not necessarily Chinese, that cooks the fish that has dominated the news in the Washington area this summer: the Northern snakehead, that voracious consumer of all other species. The snakehead is common on menus in China, Thailand and Burma, and I know people who have found it relatively easy to find in Chinatowns in New York and Boston, so I assume the same is true of San Francisco. Anyone? Many thanks.
