Restaurants & Bars 5

Northern New Mexico

My wife & I will be coming to NM for the last week of April. We will be staying in Santa Fe but will be getting around quite a bit.

Having spent enough time in the south to know that you dont order the Veal Cordon Bleu at The Waffle House (or for readers of the Manhattan board: you dont order a Philly cheese steak at Katz's). So when I travel, I like to eat what the area specializes in.

But I also tend to keep an eye out for anything I cant get at home. As it happens, there is a sparcity of Korean restaurants in my otherwise near-perfectly diverse home of Milwaukee.

Does anyone know if there is any really good Korean food to be found between Albuquerque and Taos, and maybe even as far west as Gallup? (A great Korean restaurant anywhere near Chaco Canyon is silly to hope for, I know. But that would just make the whole trip!)
