I think this place is relatively new - I have not seen any reviews on this page at least.
This is a small upscale French bistro on Center Street. It was uncrowded on a Thursday. Prices are ~ $6-10 for appetizers and ~ $15-20 for entrees. So catering to the 'foodie' crowd.
I had the fois gras, which was OK, and a halibut special which was phenomenal. my companion had a set of fruit and vegetable bouchees (nice) and the salmon filet (OK). For dessert, chocolate mousse was large portion and just OK, creme brulee was very good.
