Hi, everybody. My first thread! And what great hopes I have for it.
On my way to the Lemon Ice King of Corona, I passed a Mexican restaurant on 108th St in Corona, Queens. It is called Norteña.
I almost choked with excitement. This could be my chance to have cabrito this summer! That's roasted goat from the north of Mexico. It's extraordinarily delicious: smoky, chewy, with crackly skin. I have no reason to believe that they serve it at Norteña except that it's a characteristic food of el Norte.
So: has anyone been to this place? Can you tell me what's there? I plan to go there soon, but I wanted to get an idea of what I'd find.
