We've been going to Noodle Gourmet for many years also.
Excellent, fresh, wonderful noodle soups and dozens of other entrees. The noodle soups, chow udon, and chow fun are excellent, but they have a full "Americanized" menu as well.
I particularly love my noodle soup with thin egg noodles, pork dumplings, and fresh broccoli. My companion tends to prefer thin rice noodles with Bok Choy (or whatever green veggy they have) and sliced roast pork. Both are huge bowls, always clear and perfectly tasty broth, and always steaming hot.
Its always filled with Asian kids from Rutgers slurping down their noodle soups.
Recently they added bubble teas, (which i personally find nauseating) but their regular hot tea i enjoy much.
Always a GREAT little place, they are open late, and very inexpensive. I love it there.
