qianning | Dec 11, 201408:19 AM     57

As if this time of year weren't busy enough, once again it is time for our nominations for next month's cookbook of the month (COTM). So take a break from all that shopping, wrapping, and decorating to think about what you'd like to cook in January 2015. Isn't always fun when a new number appears in the date line?

Here's the space to discuss your NOMINATIONS for January 2015's Cookbook of the Month (COTM).

Please indicate you are nominating a book by writing the title of the book in ALL CAPITALS.

For those who are new to COTM, or those who'd like a refresher course, this helpful archive is a great place to start: http://www.chow.com/cookbook_of_the_m...

Nominations will close at 8 PM Eastern Time on 16 December 2014. That's next Tuesday evening, meanwhile, enjoy the discussion
