So, I am going on a business trip to Europe in May. I have to finalize my plans in the next two weeks.
I am debating flying home via a 2 night stopover in Copenhagen. The main draw is my intense desire to eat at Noma. But I can't be certain of reservations till early march when my plans will already be set.
So, kinda risky to plan on my stopover without knowing for sure.
So how tough will reservations be? I know it will be highly in demand. But lately I have great luck at getting hard to come by reservations.
So how hard would Noma be next to say: French Laundry, Brooklyn Fare, Mugaritz?
It's the reservation system online-only? Or phone too?
