I was recently gifted a few LARGE bunches of dill by a farmer whose stand I frequently regularly and whom with I've become quite friendly. Unfortunately, I really don't have much of a taste for it...I've just never really liked it very much. However, I feel I need to use it for 3 reasons:
1...It's stunningly beautiful and fresh
2...I think it'd be horrible to waste such a thoughtful and kind gift
3...I really don't want to lie when he asks me how I used it...which he will as our conversations about how I use his produce are the basis of our budding friendship
HELP! Any ideas for a dill hater to become a lover...or at least a tolerater?
