Istill remember the wonderous bouillabaise at Bacon, but the lasttime in cannes, the food was not particularly memorable. Few questions: Is Mougins still as good as it was 10years ago? Whatabout Maximin's new restaurant? Is "Les Turins" still the best place for oysters in Nice?
Suggestions would be appreciated. I am looking forward to visiting Beaucastel, which still makes my favorite red on earth, especially the 85.
