Will be visiting Newport Beach with my family for a weekend in March, our first time back in well over 5 years. Looking for places for 2 dinners and 2 brunch/lunches. After a bit of searching a few places appear promising.

The brunch/lunch places that look interesting are Cappy's Cafe, Haute Cakes Caffe, the Cliff Restaurant in Laguna and Mariners Coffee Shop (tried the Galley Cafe previously). We'd like one seafood dinner and have come up with Wildfish and Bluewater Grill. We thought Mexican for the other night and Avilas El Rancho and Carmelitas look interesting. Of course we could always hit El Cholo in a pinch as we've eaten at the LA branch.

Any thoughts on these places? Suggestions would also be welcome. Thanks for your help.
