needing noodles

Hello all,

In this cold weather, I tend to crave a big bowl/plate of hot and delicious noodles. Italian, thai, korean, japanese, chinese, mac n cheese, I love them all!

I hear that the Noodle Factory? in chinatown is the place to go, but I haven't made it yet. Personally, I haven't found a place that makes great asian style noodles that hits the spot every time. I went to Buk Kyung II (sp?) and had the jajangmyun, but found it to be too bland for my tastes, perhaps I ordered wrong? The ideal noodle dish for me that I have not been able to repeat was in NYC Chinatown, a big plate of Shanghai Noodles, which were big, round, rubbery noodles stir fried in a delicious sauce with some chicken.

So, let's have a big ole thread talking about your favorite big ole bowls of noodles, all sauces and types wanted! Yum! TIA!
