We will have a buffet with four entrees 2 meats, 2 veggie to accommodate both ethnicities

We will be serving roast pork, curry chicken, baked ziti, and batata nu shak ( Indian potato) for entrees.

Other food includes
-rice,
-rolls for pork sandwiches,
- raw veggie platter with broccoli, carrots, cucumber , and celery
-black bean salad
- KICKIN chicken bites
- chips
- goldfish (for the tots)
- possibly chicken nuggets (for tots)
- fresh fruit platter
- cupcakes
- cannoli dip

How many lbs of each do I need to make for 80+ people?
