Restaurants & Bars 3 wine bar in PDX

We ate here last night..amazingly good small plates from 2 Genoa chefs. It just opened and isn't doing any advertising yet, so it's easy to get in. Here's what we ate:

frico, $2 (Friulian cheese crisp)
beet-lentil salad, $3 (with walnut oil...great)
celery root and carrot salads, $3 (separate salads served together)
pork braised in milk, $5
stuffed chicken, $6

and a few other things...servings are smallish but offer a great way to eat...nice wine selection by glass, 1/4 or 1/2 carafe, or bottle.

Navarre is on NE 28th about 2 doors north of Burnside.

disclosure: I sold them olive oil, but that just proves they have great palates
