The Naked & Accurate Chef

I must admit I'm a Jamie Oliver fan. So, I bought his cookbook, mainly to explore foods that I'm not yet comfortable making.

I've been very impressed by how accurate his measurements and times are. All of the recipes I've tried have been right on the money.

So, if your reluctant about cooking braised lamb shanks, give his a try.
