Naan Bread

I love Indian Food. I've been trying to recreate some restaurant specials at home. The entree part is easy enough but for some reason I've never been able to produce acceptable naan bread. Mine always comes out hard or raw in the middle and overdone on the outside. I don't know if its the recipe or method of cooking. Are there any chefs out there who know the secret????
