Mystery Veggie at Emerald

A few weeks ago, I posted about my wonderful dim sum experiences at Emerald, mentioning a particularly interesting crunchy green veggie which seemed to be steamed and then cooled. I went back this last weekend, had more of it, and managed to get someone to give me the Chinese name for it. She said it was gong choi - but googling gong choi provides no information. Has anyone heard of it?
