Where oh where to get "mushy peas"???

OK, so, I went to Ireland this past fall for the first time, and of course, i had to get the a REAL irish fish and chips. I got my first plate at a pub called Brogan's in a small-ish town called Ennis in County Clare...what I received was a delicious mound of lightly fried and flaky fish, with a mountain of chips and an odd side of something rather...mushy looking? I asked the barkeep what the aforementioned item was and he looked at me as if I had three heads...he said, rather matter-of-factly "peas! fish and chips and peas!". well then, once I knew what they were and began to devour them, well, I just haven't stopped thinking of them since. After my return to the US, I did search online for peas, and found they are rather traditional in the UK. I did find a thread on Chow hound regarding where to "buy" peas to make mushy peas, but i am lazy and would much rather go out for the whole traditional "ambiance" and eat my mushy peas out. Sooo, my question to all of you scholarly fellow Chow Hounders is...where, oh where can I find a lovely plate of heaping fish and chips and PEAS in the Boston area????
