So, I just realized that I've not made a real mushroom gravy before (the kind that will go over a vegan roast and mashed potatoes).
Have white and portabella mushrooms. Garlic. Shallots. A good vegetable stock that I was going to work on tonight. Some Better than Bullion mushroom base. Guide me, please! (Butter and milk / cream are okay for this, but not required.)
